Inventory that is ready to open.

Ript's onboarding services help collectors and vendors prepare cards for contribution. Accurate details connect the inventory record to the physical stock behind it.

Prepare each card

  • Identity: distinguish the physical unit from other copies of the same card.
  • Grade or condition: show whether it is graded or raw, with the relevant details.
  • Image: use artwork or a photograph that matches the card being contributed.
  • Value: agree the recorded valuation used by the pack system.
  • Availability: identify stock already sold, reserved, or committed elsewhere.

What the new pack system checks

The release planner filters inventory for availability, eligibility, verified identity and artwork, and valid positive valuation. It also checks whether each tier has enough eligible cards for the planned configuration.

That means a card's presence in a source list alone does not guarantee it will be included in a live pack.

Shared inventory

One physical card can be eligible for more than one pack. It keeps one inventory identity and one owner. Ownership must be reconciled before treating it as available elsewhere.
